When you are not feeling well or you have an area that is painful, you might find it unbearable to concentrate or have the will power to do anything. One of the most common problems that can lead to disability is back pain. Low back pain leading cause of disability, this is due to us constantly using our backs incorrectly.

You are always lifting or carrying something, and you are often picking things up without any effort, this can lead to serious problems for you. Picking up your child will cause strain if done wrong. When you do things incorrectly you only add to you injury.

Construction works have to constantly pick up heavy items that can cause them severe problems. If you pick up an object it is always best to use your legs to do the lifting. This will encourage you to keep your body straight as well as prevent further injury.

Having to stand and teach and then sit and get up quickly can cause your muscles to become weak and strained. You should rather try staying in either a sitting or standing position for as long as you can. When you do sit make sure that your chair is able to support you well.

If you're at home than your job is never done, if it's not cleaning up then it's bathing or picking up your children. This all leads to aches and pains that can leave you more tired than you want to be. Although this is something that will happen to you it is best to try strengthening your muscles to lessen your pain.

Being stuck behind a desk is not always easy as your muscles become sore and tired. You can try avoiding this by using a well-supported chair that can eliminate some stress. It is also a good idea to not sit for long periods of time but to walk around as well.

If you have been in a car accident or have previous experience of a spinal injury you will always need to be careful of how to do certain movements and how quickly you move. The best thing to do is to get you a brace that will give an extra bit of support. Remember to take things slowly as to not add to your injury.

Although you might not enjoy exercising you might be able to find something fun to do. This can be done all by yourself or with your family. So go and exercise as this will help you and your family.
