Proven Research Behind Building Bigger Arms With One Trick
By Russ Howe
For years, men have been trying to learn the secrets of how to get bigger arms.
Such is this age old obsession with building superhuman arms, many guys resort to taking illegal substances and analyzing every possible trick in the book to pack on more size.
But the situation is clouded by the never ending confusion and myths in the health and fitness industry.
The first cause for concern is today's over-reliance on bodybuilding supplements to perform miracle results. This often leads to people spending money they do not have, on various products which they simply do not need in order to see results.
Then you'll have the uneducated gym members who happen to have trained for longer than you, suddenly wanting to give you unsolicited advice on what you should be doing, most of which directly contradicts what everybody else is saying. And finally you have those who claim that you need outside interference - i.e. the use of anabolic steroids.
Here's the great news - it's all nonsense.
There is a ton of scientifically researched data showing how to achieve bigger arms. But sadly most people just don't know where to find it, due to the fact that the industry is soaked in sales pitches and the aforementioned over-reliance on bodybuilding supplements.
So today you are going to see one of these scientifically backed techniques.
A Norwegian team of medical researchers spent 11 weeks looking into the theory that hitting your lower body with a workout could spark a growth hormone release big enough to force the upper body to also grow.
"Train your legs to grow up top," as many avid fitness lovers will say.
Well, the researchers concluded that the growth hormone spike produced by a lower body workout was not sufficient to create full body results, laying to rest this theory. However, they inadvertently stumbled across another technique which can yield fantastic results.
Training a smaller muscle group straight after a leg workout returned great results, as it took advantage of the hormone spike which was produced.
Training your lower body with heavy weights produces a spike in testosterone for up to an hour. By hitting a much smaller body part within this time, you're striking in the so called "sweet spot" for muscle growth.
So for three months, the team had their subjects train their right arm following a leg session while training their left arm without a leg session. They discovered that their theories were indeed correct.
The right arm of the subjects was noticeably bigger and stronger.
The research team noted that any muscle could reap the rewards of the spike following a lower body training session, so use this powerful tip to your advantage on any weak points you may have.
