When you think about the healthiest supermarkets in the world, chances are that names like Whole Foods Market and Trader Joe's are the first ones that come to mind. However, what if I were to tell you that Walmart stands a chance of falling in line as well? While it might seem a little hard to believe, to say the least, it seems like the well-known retailer is dropping prices in regards to organic foods. As you can imagine, organic olive oil will fall in line.
Of course, there are a number of people who might not see Walmart for its focus on organic food, which is a fair point to make. With that said, though, it's been detailed that Walmart - in conjunction with Wild Oats - will be bringing down the prices of the organic food products that it sells within its stores around the world. This goes for a number of products, as you can very well imagine, with fruits and veggies included amongst them. This is a positive point, to put it mildly.
It is important to bear in mind, though, that the actual qualities of the items will remain premium. For example, if you are someone who frequently utilizes organic olive oil, you might be turned away by the fact that its price might not be the most enticing.
