The electronic cigarette business is booming, and more and more people are swapping out the old tobacco cigarette for these E-Cigarettes. There are several reasons why people prefer the electronic version, including fact that they don't produce secondhand smoke or cause fires, as well as the variety of interesting flavors. For those new to the world of electronic cigarettes, here are some quick facts.
1. There Are Many Names For E-Cigarettes
Technically, these cigarettes are officially electronic cigarettes, but they are also simply called E-Cigarettes or E-Cigs. A few other names for them include PV, which stands for personal vaporizer. With an E-Cig, only a fine vapor is produced and this not only evaporates quickly, it doesn't produce an unpleasant smoke and odor.

The cost of a pack of cigarettes varies depending on where you live. For instance, you might pay $5 per pack in some areas, while others, such as New York, heavily tax tobacco products and a pack of cigarettes can cost more than $12.
